


TURKEYS
The minimum weight is usually about 5kgs depending on growing conditions and the largest up to approx 16kgs (35 lbs)
Although the best value is purchasing a whole turkey , we also cut turkey crowns and breast joints.
Turkey Crowns range from 3.5kgs up to 8kgs approx.
Breast joints are just solid meat and range from 1kg up to about 3kgs and are wrapped in a net with cooking instructions.
GEESE
The minimum weight again is around 5kgs and the largest 7.5kgs
All our birds are packed in a carry home box with cooking instructions, so please make sure you read them.
They have been raised to the highest standards and hung in the traditional way which will tenderise and add flavour, but please do not OVERCOOK as this will ruin what we have all set out to achieve.
Storage
Remove all the packaging and store in a refrigerator.
Please bare in mind that due to the way we produce our poultry we are not a supermarket and can’t get the weights all spot on, there will be small variations.
